Revenues Officer (Recovery)
An exciting opportunity is available to join our busy recovery / business rates team.
This Revenues Officer will primarily work within our National Non-Domestic Rates (NNDR) / Recovery team however duties will include the administration, collection and recovery of council tax.
You will advise businesses regarding any entitlement to reliefs, in order to reduce debt, and ensure timely billing and effective recovery.
You will have a comprehensive knowledge of Non-Domestic Rates legislation and extensive experience of working in a revenues environment ideally using the Civica Revenues and Benefits system.
The post is offered on a full time, permanent basis (36 hours per week).
