Are you an organised, proactive administrator who enjoys keeping a busy team running smoothly? We are looking for an Office Co-ordinator to join our Asset Management and Engineering Services team, where you will support the management of the Council’s operational and commercial property portfolio.

This varied role will see you provide high-quality support to the Head of Service and wider team. From coordinating meetings, correspondence and records to processing invoices, monitoring budgets and maintaining property information, you will be at the heart of the team’s day-to-day operations. You will also work with colleagues, tenants, contractors and consultants and help develop smarter, more efficient ways of working.

We are looking for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be confident using Microsoft Office, comfortable managing competing priorities and motivated to use your initiative to deliver an accurate and professional service.

The post is offered on a full time, permanent basis (36 hours per week).
